Averi Aya-ay is an Associate Attorney in the civil litigation department at Jenkins Fenstermaker. With a strong commitment to client advocacy, she provides knowledgeable, strategic, and personalized legal representation tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Averi earned her J.D. from The University of Cincinnati Donald P. Klekamp College of Law and her B.S. in Biological Sciences from Marshall University.
During law school, she was a member of UC's Trial Advocacy Team, the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and was selected by the Urban Morgan Institute to complete a legal intership abroad in Spain.
Outside of the office, Averi enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, Pilates, and painting.
