When you need WV litigation defense, attorney Oscar Molina will work to get the legal results that best protect your company’s future interests. Oscar serves clients in several areas of corporate law including products liability, toxic tort litigation, and insurance defense law in WV.

Oscar is also a medical malpractice defense attorney who understands the emotional and physical toll litigation can have on medical professionals and healthcare practices generally. His empathetic approach to client relations means you will be represented by an attorney who cares not just about the immediate result but also about how that result and the means of achieving it will impact you and your work in the future.

The son of Nicaraguan immigrants, Oscar was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received a bachelor of science and a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Florida before studying law at Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Family is important to Oscar, and he devotes much of his time away from the office to his wife, Kristen, and daughter, Camila. He enjoys reading blogs and articles on financial planning and spends some of his limited free time watching the Bachelor series, listening to the podcast Lore by Aaron Mahnke, cooking at home, and participating in fantasy sports.

In addition to his commitment to work and family, Oscar also gives back to his local community. A member of The Rotary Club of Barboursville, he engages in interactive volunteer opportunities like organizing a pet adoption event or running a race in support of a worthy cause, both of which he has done in the past.
