
Dakota R. Warner joined Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC soon after completing law school. As a litigation defense attorney, Dakota helps clients in an efficient and effective way by taking all legal and non-legal concerns into consideration in order to reach the most desirable outcome.
Dakota’s practice includes insurance coverage and defense, employment litigation, construction defense, personal injury defense, and toxic tort defense in WV.
Dakota earned his Bachelor of Arts in Maryland at Frostburg State University. After completing his undergraduate degree, he studied at West Virginia University College of Law, where he earned his juris doctor. Dakota was active in law school outside of studies, serving his student body as Class of 2019 Vice President.
Dakota’s education and experience have equipped him with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in legal writing, oral advocacy, and complex case management.
When he is not busy representing clients, you may find Dakota enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, or enjoying sports. Dakota also remains involved in the community through various organizations and bar association events.
