Adam M. Johnson is a WV litigation defense lawyer committed to solving problems for his clients in the insurance, transportation, and other industries. His practice includes cases involving shareholder and related disputes, employee benefits and litigation, ADA and Title VII defense matters, and personal injury defense.
Clients appreciate Adam’s commitment to open lines of communication about their case. While working to solve a client’s legal problems, Adam is mindful of the emotional element involved and works hard to keep the client informed, address the client’s concerns, and make complex legal concepts generally understandable.
In his spare time, Adam and his family enjoy reading, hiking, and exploring the outdoors as well as offering his time in philanthropic community organizations in the tristate area and assisting with organizing efforts for cooperatives in Huntington, West Virginia and Louisville, Kentucky.
