Of Counsel
Clarksburg, West Virginia

Allison Farrell is an experienced litigator with an emphasis on oil, gas, and coal in the Appalachian basin.

Having handled hundreds of energy-related cases, Allison understands the risks and benefits of litigation to her clients and works with them closely in an effort to efficiently achieve their goals. Allison works closely with title attorneys on matters related to lease acquisition, quiet title disputes, disagreements over royalty payments, and trespass claims, among other actions. Allison also has experience handling general civil defense and has defended personal injury and medical malpractice claims. She is a member of the West Virginia Oil and Natural Gas Association, and the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce.

Allison is originally from Buffalo, NY and moved to West Virginia from Montana in 2005.
