Our Attorneys

All attorneys at Jenkins Fenstermaker are members of the West Virginia State Bar and the West Virginia and Cabell County Bar Associations. Most are also members of the American Bar Association. In addition, various members are admitted to practice in other jurisdictions, including Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Colorado and Indiana.

Several of our attorneys have received law degrees with high academic achievement from such institutions as West Virginia University, The University of Virginia, The University of Kentucky, Wake Forest University, The College of William and Mary, The University of West Indies, Ohio Northern University, The University of Cincinnati, Case Western Reserve University, Indiana University, and The University of Memphis.
