Steven Snyder offers labor and employment counseling, litigation and alternative dispute resolution services. Steven has worked for federal and state appellate courts, for one of the world's biggest corporations, and for large law firms. He is happy to now be working in a firm that is small enough to be collegial and large enough to handle any legal issue. Steven recognizes that his clients would prefer to be focusing on their businesses, rather than on litigation. That is why he tries to quickly and cost-efficiently resolve disputes on their behalf. At the same time, Steven tries to look at every legal dispute as a potential opportunity to help his clients improve their processes and avoid trouble in the future. Steven has a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois, where he was an Articles Editor on the Law Review. He has an M.B.A. from Xavier University, where he was admitted to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Society, an M.S. in Journalism from the University of Illinois, and a B.A. in Communications from Antioch College. While working as an in-house attorney for General Electric, Steven earned his "Green Belt" in the Six Sigma process improvement methodology. Steven studied abroad during his junior year of college at Eberhard-Karls University in Tuebingen, Germany, and is proficient in German. Steven is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and has completed the AAA's forty-hour mediation training course.  He is also a panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organization and has resolved more than a dozen domain name disputes. He is currently licensed to practice in Kentucky and West Virginia and has a license (currently inactive) from Ohio.
