Steven K. Wellman

Steven K. Wellman currently serves as the C.E.O. of Jenkins Fenstermaker. His practice focuses on the areas of Workers' Compensation and employment law. Mr. Wellman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marshall University in 1994. He received his J.D. in 1998 from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law.

Steve is admitted to practice in West Virginia. His professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, and the Cabell County Bar Association. Steve serves as Co-Chair of the Worker's Compensation Committee of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and an alumnus of Leadership Tri-State.
