Sarah A. Walling

Sarah Walling joined Jenkins Fenstermaker in June 2010 as an associate in the litigation section. An Ashland, Kentucky native, Ms. Walling lived in Houston and Austin, Texas before returning to Kentucky to attend law school. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000 and her J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 2010. Prior to returning to school, Ms. Walling worked as an escrow assistant and a title examiner for Gracy Title Company in Austin, Texas. Ms. Walling is a member of the American Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association and the Cabell County Bar Association, as well as Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and the Defense Research Institute.

As a resident of Huntington, West Virginia, Ms. Walling is active in many civic organizations. She is a member of the Junior League of Huntington and the Huntington Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Committee. She also serves on several committees at the Huntington Museum of Art, including the Open Door Membership Committee and the Next Generation Advisory Council, and sits on the Board of Directors of Dress for Success River Cities. In 2010, Ms. Walling worked with United Way of the River Cities as a Loaned Executive for the capital campaign, and currently represents the Texas Exes Alumni Association as the West Virginia Network Leader.
