Mr. Lindsay is a member of Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC. He is a member of the firm's Litigation Section where his practice is focused in the areas of mass tort and complex litigation, with a focus on asbestos litigation. Brian has handled the representation of clients in a variety of products liability and toxic tort cases. He also handles other general litigation matters as well as insurance coverage analysis and litigation.
Mr. Lindsay attended Eastern Kentucky University (B.B.A. - Insurance Studies - 1989) and the University of Kentucky College of Law (Juris Doctor 1999). He is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in West Virginia as well as state courts in Kentucky and North Carolina. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Lindsay worked as a claim representative for two major insurers handling property and casualty claims.
